Adult Catechesis
Introduction to the Sacred Liturgy: There is a regular tutorial on the Sacred Liturgy every Thursday from 5 - 6 pm at Maryvale. The tutorial combines catechetical, historical and practical aspects, and is open to all. It may be particularly helpful for those who are seeking to deepen their understanding of and participation in the Extraordinary Form of the Mass of the Roman Rite. There is no assumed knowledge. Participants are asked to bring a daily Latin/English Missal if possible. Anyone who cannot make these classes but who may still wish for some assistance to participate more fully in the liturgy (for instance, by following a missal) is invited to contact the Fathers.
